Martini shaken...paki-stir na rin at lagyan ng calamansi!
This may not be James Bond approved but our Escolta Martini pays homage to the classic cocktail and the streets of Escolta! Instead of dry gin, we use San Juan Lambanog for a slightly coconut-forward flavor to pair well with the grassy notes of pandan. We also swapped the dry vermouth with the slightly sweeter and herbal blanco vermouth. To add some tropical flavor, we added some guyabano (soursop) and calamansi for a nice sipping cocktail!
*Milk was used to clarify and preserve this cocktail
Best enjoyed chilled and over ice!
