What are your business hours?
- Our operating hours are Mondays to Fridays 9-6pm. Our online store is open 24/7. Orders will be attended to during hours stated.
How soon can I receive my order?
- For wines/spirits/liquors, please expect to receive this within 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment. Send us a screenshot of your payment to confirm your order. (For Bottled Cocktails, delivery date shall be coordinated with you.)
- We will send an update via SMS when your order has been dispatched. Please advise ahead of time if there are rules to be followed in delivering to the specified address such as specific delivery entrances, etc.
Can you ship nationwide/internationally?
- Not at the moment but we hope to do so in the future. As of now, we deliver within Metro Manila and nearby provinces that same day couriers (Lalamove/Grab) can service to.
How do you ship your products?
- We outsource our logistics through same day couriers like Lalamove/Grab.
How much is your shipping?
For orders that can fit a motorcycle,
- Flat rate shipping fee within Metro Manila : P180.00
- Flat rate shipping fee outside Metro Manila : P280.00
For big/bulk orders, shipping fee will be calculated based on the weight and location of delivery. You will notified of the shipping fee before settling your total.
