Bonifacio White Rum is a bold, high-proof pure pot still rum crafted by Distileria Limtuaco, the Philippines’ oldest distillery. Distilled using traditional pot stills and made from locally sourced sugarcane, this rum is expressive, unapologetic, and built for both heritage drinking and modern cocktail use.
Aromatically, it opens with fresh sugarcane, light citrus, and grassy notes. On the palate, it is dry, powerful, and clean, showcasing concentrated cane character with a long, warming finish. The pot still distillation gives it weight, texture, and depth—qualities that allow it to stand up to strong acids, tropical fruits, and Filipino ingredients like calamansi, coconut, pandan, and banana.
