Inspired by the classic Daiquiri, The Bisaya in Manila uses two kinds of rum - Cebu Mango rum (which tastes like drinking dried mangoes) and Luisita Oro rum from Tarlac. Pedronan Tapuey is added to give some savory and sweet notes while tamarind and calamansi juice provide this drink with some delicious pinoy asim! Fernet Branca is also added to lend some minty flavor to round off this boozy yet refreshing cocktail!
