GENERAL

Do you carry non-local spirits, wines, liquors, and beers? 

  • No, we do not. Our goal and focus is to celebrate locally made spirits. All products that we carry in store are proudly made in the Philippines. 

Are your products FDA approved?

  • Yes! All wines, liquors, and spirits are FDA approved.

Who can buy your products?

  • Any one of legal age, 21 and above, can purchase our products. 

 

SHIPPING

What are your business hours?

  • Our operating hours are Mondays to Fridays 9-6pm. Our online store is open 24/7. Orders will be attended to during hours stated.

How soon can I receive my order?

  • For wines/spirits/liquors, please expect to receive this within 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment. Send us a screenshot of your payment to confirm your order. (For Bottled Cocktails, delivery date shall be coordinated with you.)
  • We will send an update via SMS when your order has been dispatched. Please advise ahead of time if there are rules to be followed in delivering to the specified address such as specific delivery entrances, etc. 

Can you ship nationwide/internationally?

  • Not at the moment but we hope to do so in the future. As of now, we deliver within Metro Manila and nearby provinces that same day couriers (Lalamove/Grab) can service to.

How do you ship your products?

  • We outsource our logistics through same day couriers like Lalamove, Grab, and Borzo.

How much is your shipping?

  • For orders that can fit a motorcycle,
    • Flat rate shipping fee within Metro Manila : P180.00
    • Flat rate shipping fee outside Metro Manila : P280.00
  • For big/bulk orders, shipping fee will be calculated based on the weight and location of delivery. You will notified of the shipping fee before settling your total.

 

PAYMENT AND PRICING

What are your modes of payment?

  • We accept payment via credit card (PayPal), BPI bank transfer, and/or GCASH. A screenshot as proof of payment is requested before shipping your order.

Can I pay in check?

  • We accept check payments for bulk orders and for the Travelling Filipino Cocktail Bar bookings. Total amount due must be paid before delivery. Order will be shipped once the check has cleared. 

Do you give discount for bulk orders?

  • Yes we do! Our minimum order is 12 bottles per spirit per size. Please email us at info@proudlypromdi to place your order.

Can you issue an OR?

  • Yes, we can issue a sales invoice or collection receipt. We are BIR registered and non vat.

Do you have a minimum amount order on your website or directly?

  • No, there is no minimum amount to order. 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Can I return and/or exchange product I purchased?

  • All sales made directly or on our website are final. Please check your order upon receiving to ensure we got your order right and there is no damage on the products. Wrong orders will be replaced at no additional shipping cost.

I am not happy with the product. Can I get a refund?

  • All sales made directly or on our website are final and will not be refunded once opened. However, you can send us an email (info@proudlypromdi.com) for your suggestions and concerns.

Your packaging was damaged upon receiving my order. Can you change this?

  • Our apologies. Please send a photo of the damage via email within 2 hours of receiving and we will send a replacement as soon as we can. Schedule for delivery will be coordinated with you.

 

GIFTING 

Can I send a bottle to a friend as a gift?

  • Sure! Just place your order with the recipient’s complete details, settle the payment, and add a note if you’d like. Please advise the recipient to expect delivery within 1-3 business days from payment of your order. 

Do you have special wrapping for gift?

  • As of now, we use our standard packaging for our products. We can add gift note to personalize the item.

Can I send gifts to multiple people with different addresses?

Can I customize the contents and/or the packaging of the Promdi Packs?

  • You may choose which bottled cocktail variants to include however, other items included are fixed. You may opt to add on your upon receiving the order.

Can I customize the bottle labels?

  • We do not accept customization of labels.

 

RESELLING 

Can we resell your product or serve in our establishment?

  • Yes of course! Any permits that may be needed must be secured by the client. Email us at info@proudlypromdi to place an order.
