Accepting orders and payments from SATURDAY to WEDNESDAY. All confirmed orders will be delivered on FRIDAY.
Orders and payments received from THURSDAY and FRIDAY shall be added to the following week's delivery.
Pandan Rum, *Ube Macapuno Shrub, Coconut Tincture, Lemon Bitters
*This is made by mixing ube macapuno syrup and apple cider vinegar.
Our top pinoy ice cream flavor of all time goes to ube macapuno! This is our ode to the glorious purple root crop and the sweet creamy coconut delicacy - The Ube Gandanghari!
This cocktail has pandan-infused rum, our own ube macapuno shrub (drinking vinegar), and coconut tincture. Topped with soda water, this is best consumed on a hot sunny afternoon!
Chill the bottle well. Shake lightly before opening then pour 60-80ml of Ube Gandanghari in a glass with ice. Stir then garnish with a lemon or orange peel.
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour 60ml of Ube Gandanghari and add 60ml of tonic or soda water. Squeeze 1 to 2 calamansi and stir.
