To ensure quality, freshness, and safety, we prepare these bottled cocktails in small batches per week. Please read a few important guidelines regarding our order process:
Accepting orders and payments from SATURDAY to WEDNESDAY. All confirmed orders will be delivered on FRIDAY.
Orders and payments received from THURSDAY and FRIDAY shall be added to the following week's delivery.
Tapuey*, Basil-infused Whiskey, Islay Whiskey, Ginger Liqueur, Strawberry Syrup
*Tapuey is a traditional local rice wine made from glutinous rice and yeast. It is a fermented spirit and is popular in the northern mountain provinces in the Philippines.
Smokey, spicy, spirit-forward, mild sweetness
Chill the bottle well. Shake lightly before opening then pour 60-80ml per serving in a glass with ice. Stir then garnish with a citrus peel.
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour 60ml of Katipunero and add 60ml of ginger ale or ginger beer.

120ml or 250ml
Number of servings per bottle:
1-2 servings for the 120ml & 3-4 servings for the 250ml
